An exceptional sake, between tradition and innovation
The property
As sake seduces an ever-widening audience, the Champagne native Régis Camus perceived its potential long before founding Heavensake in 2017. The first champagne cellar master to introduce the art of blending into the world of sake, he aims to create compositions that are both complex and perfectly balanced. Alongside the Tojis (master brewers), he produces cuvées of remarkable purity and harmony.
This sake was created in collaboration with the Urakasumi brewery.
Origins and production method
This sake is made from the terroir of Miyagi. No sugar or additives are added, guaranteeing a natural and authentic expression of the rice. With an alcohol content of 15.5%, it reveals a rich and structured profile, perfectly balanced. Its fine polishing, around 50%, allows it to express pure and refined aromas.
